Aircraft Technical Training Specialist

Ryanair Engineering, a leading provider of aviation services, is seeking a highly skilled Technical Training Instructor to join our team in Seville, Spain. As a Technical Training Instructor, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality training to our engineering staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to maintain and repair our fleet of Boeing aircraft.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver technical training programs to engineering staff, including theoretical and practical training, to meet the highest industry standards.
- Prepare and update training materials, including course outlines, lesson plans, and instructional materials.
- Collaborate with the training team to develop and implement effective training programs that meet the needs of our engineering staff.
- Ensure compliance with EASA regulations and maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant procedures and regulations.
- Deliver training in a variety of formats, including classroom, eLearning, and virtual training.
Requirements:
- Desirable but not essential: Hold a UK/EASA Part 66 Licence or Aerospace Engineering degree, or have evidence of previous employment in aircraft technical training.
- Desirable: Have experience in aircraft engineering and working physically on the aeroplane.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Ability to plan and work to deadlines, with a keen eye for detail and ability to escalate issues to management.
- Good working knowledge of Office 365 and willingness to learn new software tools.
