EHS Manager

We are seeking an experienced EHS Manager to join our team at Tenneco, a global leader in the design, manufacturing, and distribution of automotive products. As an EHS Manager, you will play a key role in providing environmental, health, and safety leadership to our site, ensuring compliance with industry, state, and country regulations.

• Manage site-wide EHS activities, including objectives, targets, and internal reporting
• Communicate national, area, and local regulatory requirements and ensure documents are available in local languages
• Foster a zero-incident EHS culture throughout the site
• Develop and implement EHS training matrices to ensure all employees receive necessary training
• Collaborate with site leadership and facilities to ensure key EHS operational controls are in place

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Bachelor's degree in occupational safety, industrial hygiene, ergonomics, or equivalent
• 5+ years of experience in health and safety program management and employee training in an industrial environment
• Comprehensive knowledge of industry, state, and country EHS requirements
• Strong team-building and organizational skills
• Able to lead and support cross-functional EHS teams
