Job Title: Manager, Product Management, Token Authentication Solutions

At Mastercard, we're committed to making remote commerce payments fast and secure. As a Manager, Product Management, Token Authentication Solutions, you'll play a key role in scaling authentication across all types of tokenized transactions and accelerating authentication revenues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze the competitive landscape and latest developments on FIDO passkeys, including new regulatory requirements and legislations, to identify new opportunities and evolve our authentication solutions.
  • Partner with industry players to identify new trends or technologies that could improve our product solutions.
  • Consolidate feedback from our passkey implementations and identify areas for improvement.
  • Take accountability for the delivery of key product enhancements and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver.
  • Drive institutionalized knowledge with the delivery of clear product documentation.
  • Provide product expertise to internal and external customers.
Requirements:
  • A master's degree or foreign equivalent with a technical background.
  • Tech savvy, quick learner, with experience in driving initiatives in complex and dynamic business environments.
  • Strong product ownership experience in the payment or technology industry, having already brought successfully new products or solutions to market.
  • Strong ability to effectively and proactively build partnerships with industry partners.
  • Strong ability to understand the needs and objectives of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, comfortable articulating narratives and presenting to various levels of management.
