About the Role

Amazon's Workforce Staffing (WFS) team is seeking a highly motivated and flexible Change Program Manager to drive change excellence within WFS. This role is responsible for delivering change initiatives and driving change adoption across teams.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute change strategies to support change adoption.
  2. Deliver communications strategies to drive multi-faceted stakeholder engagement.
  3. Develop project plans, schedules, success criteria, and milestones.
  4. Communicate ideas effectively to a wide range of audiences, reinforcing WFS as a credible business partner.
  5. Identify and escalate down-stream problems before they become large-scale risks.
  6. Understand interdependencies of programs and participate in cross-functional reviews.

Requirements

  • Experience in leading programs or projects.
  • Experience in change lead roles.
  • Experience in stakeholder management and driving end-to-end delivery.
  • Experience identifying and resolving complex issues.

Preferred Qualifications

  • PMP certificate.
