Product Assurance Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Product Assurance Engineer to join our dynamic Quality team at DHV Technology. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our solar panel manufacturing processes and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Quality Compliance and Environmental Management System to ensure seamless integration of quality processes.
- Conduct quality control audits of suppliers to ensure adherence to our quality standards.
- Communicate rejection reports and facilitate return or replacement processes.
- Analyze and manage corrective and improvement actions to resolve non-conformances.
- Work with the Operations team to implement root-cause corrective actions and ensure continuous improvement.
- Participate in the development of Control Plans and quality documentation of products manufactured.
Requirements:
- Electronics, Electrical, Industrial Organization, or Industrial Technology degree or similar.
- 2 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in the manufacturing field.
- Written and spoken fluency in English.
Technical Competencies:
- Experience in quality process control and audits of manufacturing processes.
- Strong knowledge of electrical/electronic systems and quality management principles.
Soft Skills:
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated innovative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Strong focus on meeting customer needs and delivering exceptional results.
- Motivated to achieve objectives and drive successful outcomes.
