Job Title: Vendor Flex Shift Control Specialist

Amazon is seeking a highly skilled Vendor Flex Shift Control Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in supporting the remote execution of processes in our Vendor Flex sites.

About the Role

As a Vendor Flex Shift Control Specialist, you will be responsible for monitoring performance metrics and KPIs, contributing to the development of reporting tools, and supporting the Operations Team with providing insightful reporting. You will also analyze and understand key influencers, and work closely with internal and external stakeholders to support continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor performance metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement
  • Contribute to the development of reporting tools to support data-driven decision making
  • Support the Operations Team with providing insightful reporting and analysis
  • Analyze and understand key influencers to inform business decisions
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to support continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
  • Previous experience in logistics or operations
  • Experience in the preparation and communication of key figures and analyses
  • Advanced level of Polish (B2/C1)
  • Advanced level English (B2 or equivalent)
  • Very good PC skills, especially in MS Office with a focus on Excel
Preferred Qualifications
  • Advanced level of German B2
  • Experience with SQL queries
  • Willingness to train and learn new skills
  • Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
  • The ability to coach and mentor others to succeed
