What We're Looking ForWe're seeking a talented Associate UX Designer to join our team. Our ideal candidate is an innovative designer who is data-driven and empathetic.
You'll use your expertise, along with data and insights from users and broader market analysis, to turn design direction into actual products and experiences.
This is a hands-on role focused on contributing to product discovery, design, and development. You'll work with seasoned UX designers and collaborate with product managers, data analysts, and developers to create quality, device-agnostic user experiences and interfaces.
Why You'll Want to Work with UsYour main responsibility will be to execute visual design stages from conception to final hand-off to Frontend Engineering, maintaining our style and consistency.
Plan and execute research, from heatmaps to user testing, to inform your design decisions. Understand and use analytics data to report insights and improve user experience metrics.
Create a variety of deliverables from user journeys and personas to flows, wireframes, mockups, and test-ready prototypes. Track, measure, and understand impact, to iterate on current experiences and envision opportunities for new ones.
What You'll Bring to the Team- 1+ years' experience as a UX/UI designer or similar role.
- A deep understanding of the design process, especially related to digital products, and the ability to work at all levels of the UX process.
- The ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
- Experience facilitating design thinking workshops with stakeholders.
