**About Us**

Our global team in 11 countries is growing rapidly, and we're seeking a skilled Sales Development Representative to join our Partnerships team in Germany.

**The Opportunity**
We are hiring a Business Development Executive to manage the sales process for wellness providers across Germany. This role involves bringing in new partners to Wellhub on a quarterly basis, managing a large portfolio of prospective partners, and understanding clients' needs to present the Wellhub solution effectively.

**Your Impact**
You will be part of the team responsible for network expansion, clearly identifying key influencers and decision-makers at target partners, and engaging with them through video meetings, phone calls, email, and social selling. Your goal is to penetrate the partnerships market quickly and drive business growth for Wellhub's expansion.

**Key Responsibilities**
* Identify and develop relationships with key decision-makers at target partners* Develop creative strategies to connect with potential partners* Manage a high volume of sales activities while maintaining quality* Collaborate with other teams to improve product knowledge and market understanding* Drive individual performance and contribute to team growth* Live our mission by genuinely caring for your own wellbeing and colleagues'

**Requirements**
Experience working in high-velocity sales or the fitness industry (preferred)* Fluency in English and German languages* Strong communication and active listening skills* Ambitious, metrics-driven self-starter* Perpetually optimistic with no fear of rejection* Entrepreneurial mindset
