About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Solutions Engineer to join our Solutions Engineering team at Backbase Inc. As a Senior Solutions Engineer, you will play a key role in designing and implementing end-state solutions for our clients, leveraging your expertise in digital transformations and technical business consulting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and propose solutions to clients based on their specific challenges and goals
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions
  • Lead workshops and generate feedback to ensure client satisfaction
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital transformations

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in digital banking, payments, tech, or SaaS
  • Proven track record of success in technical business consulting and digital transformations
  • Strong analytical, quantitative, and conceptual thinking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
