About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Delivery Manager to join our Delivery Management Team in Barcelona, Spain. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for guiding the planning process, tracking progress, and communicating with stakeholders to drive continuous improvement of processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive team performance and delivery excellence
  • Develop and implement process improvements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
  • Manage risks, issues, and dependencies
  • Provide timely and accurate reporting to stakeholders
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in technical project management, including Agile methodologies
  • 3 years of experience in communications, with a clear and concise comms style
  • 3 years of experience working with teams and projects, with a well-understood approach to planning and forecasting
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Teams
  • Desirable: Agile transformation experience, working with multi-cultural teams, and knowledge of software development lifecycle
