Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled System Champion and Project Manager to join our team at ADP. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for the management, creation, maintenance, and enhancement of our company systems, including Siebel, C360, Shield, and other critical platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of our company systems to ensure effective adoption and utilization.
  • Lead development initiatives to meet organizational needs and drive business growth.
  • Oversee various projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to scope.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business requirements.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve system performance, efficiency, and user experience.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in system management, project management, and leadership.
  • Strong technical skills, including knowledge of Siebel, C360, Shield, and other critical platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions.
  • Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of organizational needs and goals.
