Job Title: Risk and Insurance Specialist

Are you a risk management and insurance expert looking for a challenging role in a dynamic environment? We are seeking a highly skilled Risk and Insurance Specialist to join our team at InPost Iberia.

Job Summary:

The Risk and Insurance Specialist will be responsible for managing the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) and Business Continuity Model (BCM) across InPost Iberia. This role will also oversee the company's insurance programs, ensuring effective claims handling and procedure implementation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement ERM and BCM strategies to ensure effective risk management and business continuity.
  • Collaborate with area managers to monitor and follow up on ERM and BCM strategies.
  • Oversee the insurance strategy, including protocol creation, training, and support to other areas.
  • Manage insurance claims with internal and external parties.
  • Coordinate with the International Risk Department to align local actions with global objectives.
  • Design and process Procurement, Insurance, and Risk KPIs.
  • Assist in creating and tracking purchase orders and contracts.
  • Ensure all internal departments fulfill customer requests and adhere to risk management protocols.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar position, with a strong background in risk management, insurance, and business continuity.
  • Great organizational, planning, networking, and time management skills.
  • Strong knowledge of purchasing aspects such as supplier selection, cost analysis, and negotiation.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing business needs and manage multiple projects.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, curiosity, and a passion for learning and growth.
  • Integrity, honesty, and a commitment to customer service.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
  • Fluency in English is required, with French being a plus.
