**Job Summary**
Basquevolt is seeking a highly skilled HSE Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of health, safety, and environmental compliance across our operations.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement risk assessments for new facilities in collaboration with external experts.
- Supervise and assess the installation of new equipment for the lab and prototype line, working closely with Process Engineering and other departments.
- Establish and maintain HSE policies, KPIs, and standards, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement waste reduction plans and environmental procedures, promoting sustainability and minimizing environmental impact.
- Monitor and maintain relationships with local authorities, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and laws.
**Requirements**
- Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Industrial Engineering, or a relevant field.
- Master's Degree in Health & Safety or a related field.
- Proven experience in HSE management, with a strong understanding of risk assessment, compliance, and environmental procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
