As a Finance Business Partner, you will work closely with various departments to provide financial insights, analysis, and strategic support. Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and present financial reports and analyses to business leaders, highlighting key insights and recommendations.

- Own optimisation potential to a specific part of our Profit and Loss statement.
- Conduct variance analysis to explain differences between budgeted and actual results.
- Collaborate with business units to develop annual budgets and periodic forecasts.

- Assist in the preparation of long-term financial plans and scenario analysis.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and relevant accounting standards.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 25 years of experience in finance, or performance improvement / BizDev roles or transactional services/ M&A.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Excellent communication skills in English and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
- Proficiency in financial modelling, budgeting, and forecasting is a plus.
- Experience with financial software and systems (e.g., ERP, financial planning tools) is a plus.
