Key Responsibilities- Building a strong community of consumer insights and analytics professionals and fostering a collaborative culture.
- Developing and implementing a functional strategy for consumer insights and analytics, including securing the value and reputation of the function within the broader organization.
- Implementing cross-category tools, technologies, and operational plans to maximize the team's effectiveness.
- Setting minimum standards across the organization, including data and measurement frameworks, guidelines, ways of working, and governance.
- Securing the implementation and/or use of leading-edge practices across the organization, putting consumer centricity at the heart of decision-making.
- Working with the marketing team to develop professional skills and continuously improve the team's performance.
- Securing cross-category collaboration on topics, trends, and key topics to Nestlé Sa when appropriate.
- Background in statistics, mathematics, economics, or a similar field.
- Desirable Master's degree in marketing or studies related to consumer behavior.
- 12+ years of experience in marketing research and consumer insights, data governance, marketing analytics, ML/AI, or similar.
- Strong experience in change management, including leading, coaching, and developing teams.
- Excellent communication skills and demonstrated experience presenting to high-level stakeholders.
- Great stakeholder management, at all levels, cross-functional, and cross-cultural.
