About the Role:
At Hitec Power Protection, we are seeking a highly organized and proactive administrative professional to join our team. This part-time position involves a mix of administrative, secretarial, and facilitating responsibilities, making it ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys being the backbone of office operations.
Main Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative assistance, including handling phone calls in a professional manner, welcoming visitors, and managing incoming and outgoing post.
- Financial Support: Assist the Financial Accountant and our external administrative consultant with invoice and document management.
- Office Facilitation: Book travel arrangements, maintain office supply stocks, and manage orders for office supplies and furniture.
- Communication: Provide proactive support to management and team members, identifying opportunities for process improvements and maintain clear communication with colleagues.
Requirements:
- Education: Qualification in administrative and secretarial work, preferably at a vocational secondary education level.
- Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience in a similar administrative or office support role.
- Languages: Fluent in both written and spoken English and Spanish.
- Technical Skills: Proficient with MS Office applications and standard secretarial tools.
