¿Qué Buscamos?

Como Project Manager Office en RICOH, realizarás el Soporte y Gestión dentro de PMO, realizando:

  1. Soporte Administrativo a Gestión Logística de Equipos (Gestión de Stock, Envíos, Actualización en Sistema)
  2. Soporte a Reporting de los Project Manager
  3. Soporte a la Actualización en Sistemas de las Diferentes Actividades del Proyecto (Entregas de Servicio, Validaciones de Servicio)
  4. Soporte a la Realización de la Documentación Requerida en el Proyecto (Ej: DAL Deal Acceptance Letter, NIP-Network Implementación Plan)
  5. Comprobación de Pedidos a Proveedores con lo Requerido por el Proyecto (Comprobar SOF con lo Documentado Aceptado por Preventa)
  6. Soporte a la Gestión Presupuestaria y P&L del GPM

¿Qué Necesitas?

  1. Grado, Licenciatura o FP Superior en Administración y Dirección de Empresas, Finanzas o Similar
  2. Mínimo 2 Años de Experiencia en Tareas de Gestión Relacionadas
  3. Buen Manejo de Paquete Office, Especialmente Excel
  4. Inglés, Medio - Alto B2
  5. Flexibilidad para Asumir Diferentes Tareas Administrativas según Demanda del Proyecto
  6. Capacidad de Aprendizaje
