We are seeking a highly skilled Global Procurement Specialist to join our Central Services team in Barcelona. As a key member of our procurement network, you will provide functional support to our Warehouse sites by delivering operational purchasing tasks and assignments.
Key Responsibilities- Process daily purchase requisitions compliance, perform sourcing, remedy tickets, and web requisitions.
- Process invoice and general procurement-related queries.
- Point of contact for some outside vendors/manufacturers.
- Administrate Purchase Order process.
- Work in full compliance with the company Spending and Transaction policy.
You will be responsible for proactively managing and decreasing the number of invoices on hold (IOH), ensuring a robust procure-to-pay process.
About YouTo succeed in this role, you will need:
- C1 English level.
- B2 German level.
- Knowledge in using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, ORACLE, Coupa) in large organizations.
- Knowledge in MS Office, particularly MS Excel.
Prior experience in shared service centers is advantageous. Data analysis experience will be valued. Self-motivated individuals who can resolve day-to-day problems and focus on delivering results are encouraged to apply.
What We OfferAs a Global Procurement Specialist at Amazon, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment with a diverse team. You will be responsible for making effective escalation decisions and prioritizing tasks in complex situations.
