About the Role

We are seeking a highly energetic and motivational Head of Engineering to lead our cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have a solid software engineering background, knowledge of modern frameworks, architectural principles, and testing methodologies.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Empowering, challenging, and giving constructive feedback to team members to achieve high performance
  • Collaborating with Product Owners and Engineering Teams to build and execute roadmaps, prioritizing technical constraints
  • Liaising with architects and senior engineers to remove blockers and improve delivery time
  • Engaging stakeholders and managers to fill communication gaps and reduce friction
  • Supporting career progression, mentoring, coaching, and training, and identifying next-generation leaders

Requirements

  • Solid software engineering background and knowledge of modern frameworks, architectural principles, and testing methodologies
  • Experience in leading SaaS technology organizations, fast-paced environments, and growing companies
  • Proven track record of managing successful projects, crisis management, and out-of-the-box thinking
  • Deep understanding of Agile methodologies, such as XP/Scrum and Lean practices
  • Experience in working in a DevOps mindset, Continuous Integration, and Delivery
