About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Engineering to lead our engineering teams and drive the development of our cutting-edge technology. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for shaping the technical direction of our organization and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of engineering managers and solutions architects to deliver against our company strategy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, design, devops, operations, and commercial, to deliver high-quality content to our customers.
  • Develop and implement engineering principles and best practices in an agile environment.
  • Champion technology stability and evolution initiatives to achieve platform stability KPIs.
  • Support the prioritization, forecasting, allocation, and planning of initiatives within our portfolio.
  • Empower the engineering organization to meet their targets and promote a culture of accountability for achieving results.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in leading engineering organizations for high-growth and transformation.
  • Strong knowledge and experience with devops methodologies, coding standards, and software development tools.
  • High-level architecture knowledge and a good understanding of architecture principles and best practices.
  • High-level application security knowledge and a good understanding of security principles and best practices.
  • Experience in the online gambling sector is a plus.
