About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead our cross-functional engineering team in delivering innovative cloud technology solutions for the hospitality industry. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of our engineers, working closely with product managers and designers to drive data-informed decisions, and ensuring the successful execution of our team roadmap.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of engineers in delivering high-quality software solutions
  • Collaborate with product managers and designers to drive product development and delivery
  • Develop and execute team roadmaps and delivery plans
  • Ensure the successful execution of Agile methodologies and software development lifecycles
  • Provide guidance and support to team members in their career development
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience as an Engineering Manager leading multi-disciplinary teams
  • Experience working with geographically distributed teams in a hybrid environment
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
  • Extensive Agile experience with different methodologies and tools
  • Knowledge of software development lifecycles and cloud providers
