About the Role

Overview: Are you passionate about finance and control within a dynamic organization? Do you have a strong interest in accounting and reporting? We are seeking a skilled Reporting Analyst to join our team at Sin nombre.

Your Mission: As a Reporting Analyst, you will be responsible for executing accounting and financial reporting activities in line with financial reporting policies, local statutory rules, and global control standards. You will work effectively with various stakeholders in financial reporting, including sector financial reporting teams and other business services teams.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Accounting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze financial reports, ensuring compliance with US and local GAAP accounting principles, Swissco model, and GCS model.
  2. Reporting Requirements: Prepare HFM or other reporting requirements from region/sector reporting teams.
  3. Intercompany Transactions: Account for intercompany transactions, reconcile balances, and ensure proper backup documentation.
  4. Cash Flow Analysis: Analyze operating cash flow, identify causes of change, and elaborate annual operating plans and forecasts.
  5. Statutory Accounts: Prepare local statutory accounts and CBCR requirements.
  6. Process Partnerships: Partner with Spain R2R retained organizations to ensure R2R processes are followed and results meet defined SLAs and KPIs.
  7. Compliance: Ensure compliance with Spain and Vitoria legal and tax requirements.
  8. Key Controls: Execute key controls assigned to the reporting area, ensuring compliance with the GCS framework.
Requirements
  1. Education: Recent graduate in finance or a related field.
  2. Experience: Ideally 1-2 years in control/reporting/service integration environments.
  3. Skills: Fluent in English, skilled in Microsoft Office, and digital tools with a solid level in Excel. Solid knowledge of SAP and HFM is a plus.
  4. Qualifications: Good planning and time management skills, analytical skills, and attention to detail.
