Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Data & Reporting Analyst to join our team at PepsiCo. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing master data and KPI reports, ensuring they are updated daily to meet business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize data analysis tools such as Excel and Power BI to collate and represent data in a meaningful way.
- Extract data from systems such as SAP and track KPIs to prepare required reports for the business.
- Collect relevant input data and validate reports to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Prepare Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for resolving business issues and identifying areas for improvement.
- Create and maintain vendor and product master data to support business operations.
Requirements
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a supply chain or business intelligence environment.
- Demonstrated ability to interact with data and systems, with experience in SAP or similar systems being a plus.
- Very good knowledge of Excel and Office package, with proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools.
- Affinity for data and analytics, with an analytical mindset and ability to handle large amounts of data.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in Spanish and English.
