Job Title: Organic Digital Marketing Manager

Welcome to WorkMotion, a SaaS organization driving growth through innovative marketing strategies. We're a passionate team of marketing professionals dedicated to maximizing our digital presence and brand positioning across different markets.

In this role, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive strategy for our content marketing and social media channels, focusing on organic reach and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive organic traffic generation and create engagement between potential prospects and our brand
  • Oversee the management and growth of WorkMotion's social media channels by developing and implementing creative and highly engaging content
  • Support WorkMotion thought leaders with new ideas to grow their reach and audience
  • Monitor and analyze social media trends to stay ahead and adapt strategies accordingly
  • Utilize SEO optimization techniques and tools to enhance visibility and reach of content
  • Come up with new initiatives to grow our organic reach and measure their success through data analysis
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar marketing role with a strong focus on organic marketing strategies
  • Background in B2B marketing with a successful track record of increasing organic traffic
  • Native-level proficiency in German and business proficiency in English
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English
  • Ability to produce your own content (particularly in German) and to work effectively with our English speaking content manager
  • Creative thinker with the ability to generate and implement innovative marketing ideas
  • Experience on what's driving engagement in a B2B audience
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to integrate data into decision-making processes
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and marketing automation tools to manage processes efficiently
  • Highly motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
