HSE Specialist

About the Role:

Nordex Group is seeking a highly skilled HSE Specialist to join our team. As an HSE Specialist, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating health, safety, and environmental initiatives across our windfarm operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead HSE initiatives and coordinate with windfarm Safety Leaders to ensure a safe working environment.
• Coordinate all HSE matters at windfarms, including activities and companies, to ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
• Identify and resolve safety issues during assembly and commissioning, and analyze causes to implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Promote and lead health, safety, and environmental improvement proposals to enhance our operations.
• Review and update work instructions and procedures to ensure they meet industry standards.
• Coordinate the Risk Prevention Plan with windfarm activities to minimize risks.
• Develop and provide training specifications and information on health, safety, and environment to ensure a culture of safety.

Requirements:

• Master's degree with three specialisations in Health, Safety, and Environment.
• Willingness to travel and work on site.
• Proficient in English (Middle level).
• Extensive technical knowledge, particularly in Civil Works (BOP Projects).
