KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee all health, safety, and environmental (HSE) aspects across associated wind farms, collaborating closely with the Safety Leaders of each site and managing the project HSE team.
  • Facilitate the coordination of HSE activities at wind farms, ensuring effective collaboration among all contractors and operations at each location.
  • Address and resolve safety challenges during the assembly and commissioning phases.
  • Investigate incidents to determine root causes and implement necessary corrective and preventive measures.
  • Champion and advocate for initiatives aimed at enhancing health, safety, and environmental standards.
  • Evaluate and refine work instructions and procedures.
  • Align the Risk Prevention Strategy with ongoing activities at the wind farms.
  • Design and deliver training programs and information sessions focused on health, safety, and environmental practices.

CANDIDATE PROFILE:

  • Master's degree with a focus on Health, Safety, and Environment.
  • Willingness to travel and engage in on-site work.
  • Intermediate proficiency in English.
  • In-depth technical expertise.
  • Experience in Civil Works, particularly in Balance of Plant (BOP) projects.
