About the Role

Valeo, a leading global automotive supplier, is seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Processes Analyst/CIM Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our Supply Chain CIM VIS organization, you will play a critical role in maximizing service levels, minimizing logistic costs and inventories, and accelerating physical flows from suppliers to customers.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Supply Chain Leadership: Lead and manage the site Supply Chain CIM with the objectives of maximizing service level, minimizing logistic costs and inventories, and accelerating physical flows from suppliers to customers.
  2. Standardization and Deployment: Deploy all Valeo Supply Chain standards, guidelines, working methods, methodologies, and tools in the site and towards Suppliers.
  3. Project Support: Ensure all supply chain activities to support New Project Introduction or Engineering Change.
  4. Validation and Compliance: Validate the respect of supply chain specifications during all Project Phases milestones.
  5. Collaboration and Support: Support the project and purchasing teams by proposing the best solutions.
  6. Process Improvement: Participate in the FDPR runs for supply chain activities, follow and implement all corrective actions identified afterwards.
  7. Logistics FMEA: Perform and update the Logistics FMEA for new projects.
  8. Flow Optimization: Define components and finished goods' flows and their storage location.
  9. Start of Production Support: Support the Planning and Scheduling teams during the Start Of Production for all new products.
  10. Continuous Improvement: Lead continuous improvement actions in all supply chain activities.

Requirements

  6. Supply Chain Experience: 2 Years in Supply Chain Management, operational or project experience in the Automotive Industry.
