About the Role:
Valeo, a leading global technology company, is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Contact to join our team. As a key member of our Visibility Systems Business Group, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Lighting Products and Electronics business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Demand Management: Recognize and manage all demands for products from customers by driving Sales and Operation Plan and Master Production Schedules.
- Supply Chain Coordination: Ensure the feasibility of customer programs internally, negotiate delivery dates with customers, and measure daily service rates.
- Blocking Point Identification: Identify and resolve blocking points, plan quick actions to solve them, and ensure backup coverage for customers.
Requirements:
- Education: Engineering degree
- Experience: 1-2 years in Supply Chain Management
- Skills: ERP System, KAIZEN, MUDAS, professionalism, transparency, and negotiation skills
- Language: English proficiency is mandatory
