We are seeking a highly skilled Resource Management Analyst to join our team at Iqvia. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the allocation of client-facing staff to client projects, business development opportunities, and internal initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships across the wider resource management community to share resources and optimize productivity.
  • Engage with senior leadership to understand, plan for, and meet resourcing demands, ensuring profitability is kept at the forefront of resourcing decisions.
  • Influence resource selection and strategic solutions to achieve realization of utilization and effective skills/grade mix on projects.
  • Monitor and communicate current and near-term delivery capacity.
  • Maintain resource management data integrity in systems that support resource and project management decisions.
  • Flag resourcing capability gaps as an input to hiring and provide guidance into Learning & Development.
  • Demonstrate strong commercial awareness and monitor compliance to our financial management system.
  • Support HR with Performance Management biannual process.
  • On-board new joiners to introduce Resource Management processes and understand their skills and experience.
  • Escalate conflicts and unresolvable issues to leadership team for their support.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years' experience in staffing/resource management roles, ideally in a professional services environment.
  • Strong written and spoken English language skills.
