Job Title: Banquet Captain

At Accor Hotels, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Banquet Captain to join our team. As a Banquet Captain, you will be responsible for leading our banquet team and ensuring that every event is a success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the banquet team to deliver exceptional service to our guests
  • Coordinate and execute all aspects of banquet events, including setup, service, and breakdown
  • Work closely with the Banquet Chef to ensure that all food and beverage requirements are met
  • Ensure that all events are executed to the highest standard, with attention to detail and a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of events
Requirements:
  • Leadership experience in a hospitality or food and beverage environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Knowledge of food and beverage operations and safety protocols
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
