Job Summary

The Performance Monitoring Analyst will be responsible for developing and monitoring performance indicators to detect and resolve issues related to the operation of wind and solar assets. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work collaboratively with global team members.

Main Responsibilities

  • Perform analyses of solar and wind turbine performance to identify performance improvement opportunities and complete detailed comparisons against targets.
  • Perform root cause analysis (RCA) of detections in collaboration with Engineering and Operations teams.
  • Develop reporting capabilities and create interactive business intelligence (BI) reports to support monitoring efforts.
  • Manage detected items to track resolution and added value.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in a technical field.
  • 0 – 3 years of professional experience.
  • Experience with programming preferred (Python, SQL, R, C, etc.).
  • Understanding of Microsoft products and/or complementing products preferred.

Physical Demands & Working Conditions

  • Ability to speak, read, and write English proficiently and deliver a variety of instructions furnished in written, verbal, diagram, or schedule form.
  • Ability to lift items weighing up to 10 pounds.
