Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Process Analyst Manager to join our team at JTI. As a key member of our Business Technology Services (BTS) group, you will be responsible for leading and implementing major functional projects/initiatives that drive innovation and digitalization across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with key stakeholders from the business to identify critical business requirements and determine the feasibility of innovation paths to improve business results.
- Drive the implementation of approved key/major functional projects/initiatives, including new system functionality implementation and major business process redesign.
- Provide estimates on costs, project resources planning, and timelines.
- Manage functional activities such as blueprinting, design, fit/gap and configuration, unit and integration testing, data migration.
- Ensure system integrity and performance.
- Validate solutions and obtain signoff.
- Ensure appropriate documentation is maintained.
- Act as a senior business consultant to provide expertise on business process and system functionality, working proactively with the business to enhance/optimize existing business practices and bring market best practices to designated areas.
- Investigate and bring forward new functionality to the business that delivers added value and better meets business requirements.
- Develop relationships with internal customers to understand their needs and priorities and deliver timely and quality solutions to users.
- Be responsible for defining the innovation and digitalization program in the Finance performance area, staying up-to-date on AI concepts, Machine Learning, Robotics, and other solutions.
Requirements:
- University degree in Computer Science or equivalent field.
- 5+ years of working experience in Financial Planning and Analysis applications environment.
- 5+ years of knowledge of SAP FI S4, BW, BPC, SAC in a global and multicultural environment.
- Business experience in related areas is required.
- Proven experience in bringing innovation to the business, external insights, and new technologies.
- 5+ years of people management working experience.
