Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Researcher in Natural Language Processing and Machine Learning to join our team at Euraxess. The successful candidate will be responsible for the performance of the specified tasks of the Research Project entitled: Secure Interactive Environments for Sensitive data Analytics-SIESTA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and development of anonymization and pseudonymization solutions for data consisting of finding sensitive data in unstructured text, including Named Entity Recognition.
- Research and development of deep learning and machine learning models in the framework of natural language processing.
- Creation and support for the creation of datasets of unstructured text documents.
- Writing reports on the work done and the tools created.
- Writing and dissemination of the results obtained in different media such as indexed journals, congresses, conferences, etc.
- Tutoring of works related to the project that supports the contract.
- Support to the project that supports the contract.
- Other tasks that derive from the project that supports the contract that can be assimilated by a senior researcher in natural language processing, machine learning or deep learning.
Requirements:
- Experience with machine learning techniques applied to text documents.
- Good level of English.
- Initiative and excellent teamwork skills.
- Experience in projects or lines of research using Machine Learning techniques, as well as the registration of publications.
- Python programming experience.
- At least one year of experience as a postdoc and experience in the supervision of Master's or Bachelor's degree Thesis.
- Demonstrable knowledge related to natural language processing.
Preferred Conditions:
- Experience in participating in European or International projects.
