Key Responsibilities- Conduct research in NLP and AI, with a focus on developing advanced research prototypes to solve real-world problems.
- Participate in research projects at regional, national, and European levels, collaborating with our team to develop and apply NLP and AI technologies.
- Develop and apply NLP and AI technologies for tasks such as information retrieval, named entity detection, text classification, question-answering systems, automatic summarization, and natural language understanding.
- Collaborate with our team to develop and maintain our NLP and AI research infrastructure.
- Contribute to the development of research proposals and publications in top-tier conferences and journals.
- Master's degree in NLP or a related field.
- Excellent programming skills in Python.
- Knowledge of machine learning, deep learning, and data analytics.
- Experience in using NLP technologies in real-world applications.
- Good spoken and written level of Spanish and English.
- Motivation to acquire knowledge and new technical skills on an ongoing basis.
- Interest in scientific research.
- Proactive attitude and ability to work as a team player.
- PhD in NLP or a related field.
- Scientific articles published in top-tier conferences and/or journals in the field.
- Knowledge of generative AI with large language models or LLMs.
- Experience with machine learning tools (Numpy, Scipy, etc.) and NLP (Spacy, Fastext, Flair, etc.).
- Knowledge and experience in deep learning environments (Pytorch, Tensorflow, Transformers, and Hugging Face).
- Linux development environments, GIT, Docker, and web environments (Restful APIs, etc.).
