We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Consultant to join our team at Cross Border Talents. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative digital marketing strategies that drive business growth and success.
About the Role- This is a full-time position (39 hours per week, Monday to Friday) with a permanent contract.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, with a minimum of 1 year of experience in the field. You will also have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively with clients and colleagues alike.
Our ideal candidate will have a BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience, and be proficient in English fluently and idiomatically. They will also have Dutch language skills, with a C2 level proficiency.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement creative digital marketing strategies to improve client relationships and drive business growth.
- Provide strategic advice to clients on how to get the best ROI on their advertising investment.
- Communicate effectively with clients via phone, video conference, and email.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Dutch C2 level.
- Ability to speak and write English fluently and idiomatically.
- 1+ years of experience in digital marketing.
- Minimum 6 months of experience in sales.
- Strong presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- A competitive salary of €24,310 gross/year + up to €4,290 gross/year in bonus.
- A hybrid working model in Barcelona.
- Relocation support.
- 4 weeks of intense introduction training on Google Ads and specific sales training.
