Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Events Manager to lead the planning and execution of regional, national, and international events across in-person, digital, and hybrid platforms.

As part of our central marketing team, you will work closely with internal stakeholders and suppliers to deliver seamless events that reflect our brand's identity and deliver exceptional ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the delivery of the firm's event program across in-person, digital, and hybrid platforms.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders and key suppliers to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Deliver the DAC Beachcroft brand promise by offering a consistent level of experience across all events.
  • Ensure the appropriate application of the firm's visual identity across all event opportunities.
  • Work closely with our procurement and risk teams to assess and manage risk.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a relevant role.
  • Confident working at pace with project planning and management skills.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of seniority.
  • A flexible mindset with a focus on delivering objectives rather than process-oriented.
  • Strong relationship-building skills.
  • Experience working to budgets.
  • Strong negotiation skills with venues, suppliers, and sponsors.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
