Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Beverage Director to join our pre-opening team at SLS Barcelona. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the growth and maintaining the standards of excellence at Kyara, our luxury hotel bar. Your role will involve managing day-to-day operations, staff training, and ensuring high-quality service that meets guest needs promptly and courteously.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the team and lead by example
  • Develop and implement effective communication strategies
  • Ensure high-quality service that meets guest needs promptly and courteously
  • Build training plans and conduct training sessions
  • Manage and issue monthly rota
  • Manage orders and stock taking
  • Conduct product costing and pricing strategy
  • Manage health and safety, food safety, and compliance
  • Analyze sales and market data
  • Forecast sales and manage orders
  • Assist with hiring process, conduct performance appraisals, and make personnel-related decisions
  • Track and control team productivity and operational expenses to ensure profitability
  • Ensure that food and beverage products are of the highest quality and presented to the highest standard

Requirements
