Job Title: Junior Brand Manager

Job Summary:

We're seeking a talented Junior Brand Manager to join our Marketing Team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for managing our brand portfolio, developing marketing campaigns, and working closely with our sales and supply chain teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage own brands to exceed annual corporate goals, including revenue, margin, market share, and consumer demand.
  • Develop long-term brand equity through hands-on management of forecasting, SKU management, retail activity, and TV placement.
  • Develop and manage consumer marketing campaigns within agreed budgets, working closely with marketing agencies and PR agencies.
  • Work closely with licensors and TLP Management to achieve annual financial objectives.
  • Manage mix and pricing to achieve annual financial objectives, working closely with Supply/Demand Planners and Sales Team.
  • Produce tools necessary to support Sales Team, including range plans, external TV plans, and brand promotional guidelines.
  • Manage attendance at Toy Fairs and ensure that your brands are well represented.
  • Responsible for POS materials for your brands.
Requirements:
  • University or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Business qualifications (preferably).
  • Minimum of 1 year relevant marketing experience, ideally in the Toy Industry or other kid-related industries.
  • Advanced in MS Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP.
  • Excellent communication skills, fluent in Spanish and English in writing and verbally.
  • Proactive approach with the ability to drive projects forward under tight deadlines.
  • Results-driven with solid experience of developing and delivering strong marketing plans.
  • Creative mindset in combination with a hands-on attitude.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to balance multiple competing demands.
  • A team player able to work across departments and with external stakeholders.
