About Our Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and service-oriented professional to join our Investment Management team as an Investment Accounting & Reporting Associate Director. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering investment accounting and reporting information to our internal clients.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Responsibility for our different asset classes, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
  • Preparing local and globally accepted accounting principles/statutory and quarterly IFRS financial statements, maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Quality assurance of the quarterly variance analysis supporting the group IFRS reporting, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Preparing of the analytic reports including all comments for the CIOs and CFOs, providing valuable insights.
  • Resolving operational day-to-day problems referred from other functions of the business, ensuring an efficient and high-quality service.
  • Overseeing and coordinating the balance sheet reconciliation process in accordance with group internal control guidelines.

Your Skills and Experience

  • A bachelor degree (or equivalent) in accounting, with a strong foundation in financial principles.
  • Knowledge of Investment products, including insurance accounting matters.
  • 5 or more years of experience in a related field, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
  • Understanding of finance and accounting operations, with a focus on international IFRS and local globally accepted accounting principles.
  • Fluent written and spoken German and English, with excellent communication skills.
