Our Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and service-oriented individual to join our Investment Management team as an Investment Accounting & Reporting Associate Director. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering investment accounting and reporting information to our internal clients.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for preparing local and globally accepted accounting principles/statutory and quarterly IFRS financial statements. You will also oversee and coordinate the balance sheet reconciliation process in accordance with group internal control guidelines.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Responsibility for our different asset classes
  • Preparing local globally accepted accounting principles/statutory and quarterly IFRS financial statements
  • Quality assurance of the quarterly variance analysis supporting the group IFRS reporting
  • Preparing of the analytic reports including all comments for the CIOs and CFOs
  • Resolving operational day-to-day problems referred from other functions of the business, ensuring an efficient and high-quality service when providing procedural advice and/or information
  • Overseeing and coordinating the balance sheet reconciliation process in accordance with group internal control guidelines

Your Skills and Experience

We are looking for a candidate with a bachelor degree (or equivalent) in accounting, knowledge of Investment products, and 5 or more years of experience in a related field. You should have a good understanding of finance and accounting operations, as well as knowledge and practical working experience with international IFRS and local globally accepted accounting principles and regulatory requirements. Fluency in German and English is also required.
