Job Opportunity
Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona is seeking a highly qualified Postdoctoral Researcher to join our team in the CORESIDENCE ERC project. The successful candidate will contribute to the project's objectives, focusing on family demography and sociology research.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct high-quality research in demography and sociology, utilizing quantitative methods and statistical software like R.
Develop and implement research objectives related to the project's proposal, in collaboration with the CORESIDENCE team.
Manage and analyze individual and household level microdata, providing valuable insights for the project.
Requirements
PhD in Demography, Sociology, or related disciplines by the time the call closes.
Proficiency in English and high-quality research and communication skills.
Ability to work individually and cooperatively with the CORESIDENCE team.
What We Offer
A competitive salary range of 32,000-42,000 € (Gross annual), commensurate with the candidate's experience and fit with the position.

Selection Process
The selection procedure will consist of at least two stages. First, the selection committee will review and evaluate all applications. Second, short-listed candidates will be invited to a personal interview, which may include a short-written exercise or analysis of an academic paper.

Contract Details
