Job Description

As a Digital Portfolio Manager at Ferrovial, you will play a critical role in shaping our digital transformation strategy. Reporting to the Head of Digital Portfolio Management & CIIO Office, you will be responsible for:

Strategy & Governance

• Support the development and evolution of a unified Digital Portfolio Management Strategy aligned with our IT & Innovation Strategic Plan.

• Ensure the correct application and adherence to management processes and toolkits, guaranteeing alignment with our Business and Digital Transformation Strategy.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve the governance model, applying multiple mechanisms to align Portfolio Managers and Executive teams across IT & Innovation and Business areas.

Prioritization and Impact Model

• Support the creation and monitoring of a Business Impact Model with specific KPIs for key Programs and initiatives, jointly with businesses and IT & Innovation areas.

• Apply a prioritization model, including a prioritization matrix, to inform investment evaluation and prioritization, playing a critical role in supporting the CIIO.

• Ensure coordination with Control Processes (Budget, Forecast I, Forecast II) to maximize resource utilization and impact capture.

Process Improvement and Digitalization

• Support the implementation of Portfolio management processes and their evolution to ensure automation and data-driven decisions.

• Define and monitor specific metrics to ensure data quality and process compliance, driving a continuous improvement plan.

• Enhance Portfolio User experience through change management and training activities, focusing on process optimization and digitalization.
