Job Description:

As a Digital Portfolio Strategist at Ferrovial Agroman Sa, you will report to the Head of Digital Portfolio Management & CIIO Office. Your key responsibilities will include:

Strategy and Governance:
  • Support the definition and evolution of a unified Digital Portfolio Management Strategy aligned with the IT & Innovation Strategic Plan.
  • Guarantee the correct application and adherence to the management processes and toolkits defined to ensure alignment with the Business and Digital Transformation Strategy.
  • Support and improve the governance model defined, applying multiple mechanisms to align Portfolio Managers and Executive teams across the IT & Innovation and Business areas.
  • Ensure a consistent E2E view of IT & Innovation investments and priorities, consolidating the global portfolio of initiatives under key Business and Transversal Programs, with a multiannual view.
  • Ensure and streamline the process for the proper management of the Portfolio, identifying potential misalignments and bottlenecks with the support of key enablers such as Capacity Planning, Prioritization Matrix, and other robust business practices and frameworks.

Prioritization and Impact Model:
  • Support the creation and monitoring of a Business Impact Model with specific KPIs for key Programs and some specific initiatives, jointly with the businesses and IT & Innovation areas.
  • Support the use & application of a prioritization model, including a prioritization matrix as a key input for investment evaluation and prioritization, playing a critical role in supporting the CIIO.
  • Ensure coordination with Control Processes (Budget, Forecast I, Forecast II) maximizing use of resources and ensuring impact capture.

Process Improvement and Digitalization:
  • Support the implementation of the Portfolio management processes and its evolution to ensure automation and data-driven decisions.
  • Define and check specific metrics to ensure data quality and process compliance, running a continuous improvement plan.
  • Improve Portfolio User experience with focus on change management and training activities.

Requirements:

University degree:

Higher Engineering (Computer Science, Telecommunications or similar)

At least 5 years' experience leading multi-function, multi-locational transformation or portfolio management program, with high complexity.


Technical skills required in specific business practices:
strategy, communications, cost control, business case, vendor management, change management, etc.
A proven track record of managing the organization of initiatives within multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
Experience with project and product management techniques, tools, and frameworks.

Experience with results and goals setting frameworks and performance measurement tools (OKRs, KPIs).

Ability to prepare and present technical materials effectively to diverse stakeholder groups and to engage effectively with executives on both technical and non-technical matters.

Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills, with a focus on organizing key forums for decision making and alignment as well as translating business requirements into technology solutions.

Desirable knowledge in portfolio management tools such as JIRA as well as visualization data SWs such as Power BI.

Essential very high level / bilingual English.
