Job Overview

The IE Business School is seeking a highly skilled Admissions Manager to lead its Global Admissions & Enrollment department. This is a key role within the organization, responsible for guiding the admissions process and ensuring a seamless experience for candidates.


Main Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional candidate experiences throughout the entire admissions process.
  • Conduct admission interviews, specializing in professional and young professional profiles.
  • Develop effective communication with Senior Managers of all five schools.
  • Plan and execute admissions, enrollment, and retention events on-campus and virtually.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
  1. Ensure success in recruiting high-caliber domestic and international students.
  2. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including marketing, international offices, global recruitment, and academic teams.
  3. Support analysis of sales results and propose growth solutions.
