We are seeking a seasoned Salesforce professional to join our team in a key position that demands technical expertise and business acumen.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Salesforce Development, particularly in Apex programming, and be well-versed in various CPQ functionalities such as QCP, subscription-based licensing, usage billing, amendments, co-terming, and renewals.
This role requires strong problem-solving skills, the ability to work independently, and excellent communication skills. Additionally, the successful candidate will have experience with building custom solutions and integrations for usage-based billing.
As a Sr. Salesforce Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions that accurately track usage-based billing and consumption-based pricing models.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Designing and developing Salesforce solutions using both declarative and object-oriented design methodologies
- Creating and managing consumption schedules and usage-based products and integrating these features with other Salesforce modules
- Developing Salesforce using Flow, Apex, Visualforce, LWC, SOQL, SOSL, Application Programming Interfaces (APIs), and related components
- Utilizing Agentforce / Agent Builder to define agent behaviors, topics, and actions
- Assisting in redefining and scaling Dynatrace's quote-to-cash system processes
- Designing, coding, testing, troubleshooting, debugging, and documenting solutions throughout the development process
- Writing comprehensive documentation on process flows, technical objects, and release step details
- Participating in code reviews and providing technical feedback as required
To be considered for this role, you should possess:
- 4+ years' experience with Salesforce Development, with a focus on Apex programming
- Extensive experience with various CPQ functionalities such as QCP, subscription-based licensing, usage billing, amendments, co-terming, and renewals
- Experience with building custom solutions and integrations for usage-based billing
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science or software engineering or equivalent
