Job Summary

Thales Alenia Space, a global leader in space manufacturing, is seeking a highly skilled Workpackage Manager to join our team. As a key member of our system engineering core team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful management of work packages from inputs provided by the Project Manager and System Engineering Manager/Engineering Development Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to the analysis of system requirements and the development of system specifications and architectural designs.
• Participate in system engineering activities, including the identification and management of risks, and the realization of system trade-offs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
• Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in system engineering, project management, or a related field.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
