About the Role

Grenergy Renovables is a leading independent producer of energy from renewable sources, with a strong presence in LATAM and Europe. We are seeking a highly skilled Structured Finance Expert to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Structuring and executing the financing and potential sale of Grenergy's PV and wind projects in Europe and Latin America.
  • Providing the company with access to alternative and cheaper sources of funding in the markets where it operates.
  • Establishing and maintaining solid long-term relationships with international and local investors and lenders.
  • Structuring innovative financial solutions involving Capital Markets.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in investment banking, project finance lending, financial advisory or capital structuring practices at financial sponsors/developers/infrastructure companies.
  • Experience negotiating transaction contracts and conducting due diligence processes.
  • Experience managing deal teams and closing equity and debt deals in the renewable energy sector.
  • International/cross border deal experience or experience working for a global company.
Desirable Qualifications
  • Master Degree in Finance or other quantitative or technical field.
  • Thorough understanding of corporate finance and project finance, especially M&A processes and non-recourse financing structures & processes.
  • English and Spanish language proficiency.
  • Strong communication skills and analytical skills, including extensive financial modeling experience.
