Job Purpose

You will play a key role in maintaining and building a top-class network, ensuring alignment and delivery of our Company's strategies and targets.

Main Responsibilities
  • Network Planning: Support the creation of a network plan for our bases and airports, ensuring seamless alignment with our Network Strategy.
  • Competitor Analysis: Conduct thorough analyses of competitor and market-level strategies to drive our long-term ambition.
  • Schedule Optimization: Collaborate with the Scheduling and Slots departments to build profitable and operationally robust schedules.
  • Route Development: Evaluate new routes and airports to continue developing our network, ensuring compliance with operational requirements.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze route performance, recommending corrective measures in coordination with other Commercial departments.
  • Business Intelligence: Maintain and advance the team's business intelligence capabilities, developing new reports and ensuring access to all relevant data sources.
Main Relationships

You will work closely with Strategy, Scheduling, Slots, Rev Man, Sales, Distribution, Operations, Finance, Marketing, RRII & Comms teams to achieve our goals.

Requirements
  • Education: Any degree that provides the ability to think strategically and makes you comfortable with a business-oriented mix of analytical, technical and financial work.
  • Experience: Ideally, 2/3 years' experience in Network Strategy or Network Planning in an airline. Alternative relevant experience in consulting or other transport-related industries would also be considered.
  • Competencies: A pro-active and can-do attitude, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to work independently and as a team, and strong communication skills.
