Job Title: Legal Assistant

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Legal Assistant to join our team at Aureada Cpa Law Firm. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our legal professionals, ensuring the smooth operation of our commercial law and taxation practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and review legal documents related to commercial transactions and taxation matters.
  • Maintain organized filing systems for legal documents.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings and appointments with clients.
  • Conduct legal research on commercial law and taxation issues.
  • Summarize findings and provide relevant information to legal professionals.
  • Manage legal professionals' calendars, including scheduling meetings and court appearances.
  • Handle incoming calls and correspondence related to commercial law and taxation matters.
  • Assist in the preparation and filing of various tax documents.
  • Monitor and track deadlines for tax-related matters.
  • Maintain case files for commercial law and taxation cases.
  • Coordinate with legal professionals to ensure timely completion of tasks.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in legal studies, business, or related field.
  • Previous experience as a legal assistant with a focus on commercial law and taxation.
  • Strong understanding of commercial law and taxation principles.
  • Proficient in legal research and document preparation.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • With or without Paralegal certification.

Working Conditions:

This is a full-time, permanent position with a competitive salary range of Php12,000.00 - Php15,000.00 per month. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and previous experience as a legal assistant.
