Job Title: Paid Social Manager

Starcom Melbourne is seeking a highly skilled Paid Social Manager to join our team. As a Paid Social Manager, you will be responsible for managing the strategic and tactical implementation of social media plans for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute social media campaigns across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and TikTok.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement and optimizing campaigns for better results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement social media strategies that align with client goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to drive campaign success.
  • Provide regular reporting and insights to clients, highlighting campaign performance and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
  • 3-4 years of experience in social media marketing or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing social media campaigns.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
